Dr. Loth has taught at WVU since 1967 following from an assignment with the University of Illinois. He was a lecturer in Toronto; and has worked with Weirton Steel, Calspan, Rockwell, METC, etc. as consultant and has been an expert witness on Aircraft Crash Investigation.
