After graudating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1981, Dr. Victor H. Mucino worked as a Professor at Mexico's National University and has since maintained professional contact with the engineering and academic comunity of Mexico.
Currently, Dr. Mucino directs WVIU's Industrial Outreach Program in Mexico, in which he takes WVU students to Queretaro, Mex. to team them up with Mexican students and conduct meaningful industrial projects. Intermixed teams of students work with engineers from industry across disciplines and cultures. This program has been in place since 1997.
