| Brad Seanor is a Research Assistant Professor with the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) at West Virginia University. In recent years, Dr. Seanor and fellow MAE researchers (Dr. Napolitano, Dr. Gu, and Dr. Campa) have conducted flight-testing programs of various aircraft control systems using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Remotely Piloted Vehicles (RPVs). Recent research activities have included: flight-testing of formation flight control, autonomous aerial refueling, and development of UAV hardware/software prototype systems. Other fields of study have included parameter estimation, flight simulation, fault-tolerant flight control systems and neural network based control systems. |
